SecondBody is the practice layer for sales teams. Rory is our AI sales coach — reps talk to him like they'd talk to a real prospect, and he talks back. Voice, not chat. He runs roleplays, gives feedback, and adapts to your methodology (Sandler, MEDDIC, SPIN, your own playbook — whatever you run). Reps reach him on WhatsApp, web, or by phone. Most use him in the car between meetings.

Different problem. → LMS teaches. Reps watch a video, click "complete," and forget it by Tuesday. → Gong records real calls. Useful — but only after the deal is already won or lost. And in pharma, med devices, finance, insurance, you legally can't record clients in the first place. → ChatGPT can roleplay if you prompt it well. But it doesn't know your methodology, doesn't track rep progression, doesn't give your enablement team data, and doesn't speak. Rory is where reps practice — before the call that matters. Think Duolingo for sales conversations.

Fair pushback. Two things: Rory replaces what you're already paying for in roleplay workshops, manager 1:1 coaching time, and the gap your LMS doesn't fill. It's not a 4th tool — it's the one that makes the other three actually stick. There's no new login, dashboard, or change-management burden for reps. They text a number. That's it. If we can't show ROI inside 90 days, we're the wrong fit. It pulls deal context from where you store it. Learns from your actual calls. Fires practice scenarios into the channels reps already live in — WhatsApp, browser, phone. No data warehouse rebuild. No six-month integration project. Most stacks are wired up inside the first two weeks.

Quarterly training is what your A-players don't need and your B-players forget by week three. The reps who close don't practice four times a year — they practice every week, usually in their head, alone, badly. Rory gives them somewhere to do it properly. 10 minutes between meetings beats a 2-day offsite every quarter. Ask your top performer how often they rehearse. Then ask your bottom quartile. The gap is the whole point.

Hours, not days. No software to install, no logins for reps, no training session required — they get a WhatsApp number and a scenario, and they're talking to Rory inside 5 minutes. Adoption isn't usually our problem. The harder question is whether your managers will use the data Rory gives them to coach differently. That's the conversation worth having.
