See it in action

Connect Google Calendar and Rory knows where the rep is going. Before each visit, a short brief lands on WhatsApp: who they are meeting, what happened last time, what to practise on the way. In the gap between two visits, a ten-minute drill on the hard moment. After the visit, a prompt to debrief while it is still fresh. No new app. No admin. The calendar the rep already lives in becomes the rhythm of getting better.

What is Google Calendar?

Google Calendar is the scheduling tool inside Google Workspace. Field teams on Google run their visits, meetings and travel in it, usually from a phone, usually while moving.

What Data Do Google Calendar & SecondBody Share?

Event Titles and Times. Nothing Else.

SecondBody reads upcoming events: title, time, attendees and location if you allow it. That is enough to know when the next visit is and who it is with. It does not read email, files or anything outside the calendar. Nothing is recorded in the meeting itself. You can disconnect at any time and Rory keeps coaching without it.

How a Calendar Becomes a Coaching Routine

Morning: Rory lists the day's visits and the one to prepare hardest for. Before the door: a four-minute brief by voice. Between visits: a drill that fits in a car park. Drive back: a debrief prompt, and the objections and commitments pulled out for the next brief.
